Can I add an organization?
Yes. Every module has an additional-organization price. All your organizations stay in the same account, and you move between them with the organization switcher.
Can I combine several modules?
Yes. Each organization turns on the modules it needs, and you can add more at any time.
What happens if a payment fails?
The account switches to read-only: your data can still be viewed, but not changed, until the payment is settled.
Do firms have special pricing?
Yes. The Compliance and Corporate Pro Suites are billed per seat, with lower prices as the number of seats grows.
How do course credits work?
You buy credits for the chosen course profile. They are valid for 12 months. Each enrolled learner then has access to their course for 12 months.
